Welcome to Floridawithall

A Florida hotel is a business establishment that provides overnight lodging for the public. A hotel's basic service is providing a room to sleep in. Most hotels also have at least one restaurant. Many hotels offer rooms and services for meetings, and some have shops and offer entertainment. Florida Hotels range in size from large buildings with more than 3,000 rooms to small inns that have as few as 8 to 10 rooms. Small hotels do not offer the range of services provided by the large establishments. However, rooms and meals at most small inns generally cost less than those at large hotels.

Most Florida hotels occupy one multistory building that has a central lobby on the main floor. Guests reach their rooms through the lobby. Hotels may consist of one or more buildings and always include a parking lot. Guests can enter their rooms directly from the lot. Many lodging operations offer both full hotel services and parking.

I was born and raised in Florida, he's from Oregon. - That's where I met him. I really want to get married in my hometown but I still feel like some of his family won't come because they will have to pay for airfare, hotels, etc. And he has a 90 year old grandmom that Im sure would love to see him get married but Im not even sure she would be able to fly. I just really want all of his family as well as mine. Also, we don't want two seperate weddings. Only one. What do you guys think? Has anyone else experienced this before?

Open Question: Road trip to florida. How do I do this?

Ok, so I may be in a situation that requires nothing less than a miracle. I am 19 years old and my friend is leaving for the Navy in 54 days. My friend came up with the idea that as a last thing together him and his best friends would take a road trip. We are all on spring break from college right now, so we plan to leave this week. Last night we worked out the hotel and fuel cost for the trip and various other costs. His mom helped us with booking hotels and such as she works for an airline and does a lot of traveling. We would like to leave tonight and I just told my Dad about the idea but he doesn't seem entirely on board. I had to tell him a little late because my parents can be strict and I knew I would have to approach it with some care. I told him I have been actively getting my life in order and doing really well in school so he should trust me and help me out with this trip. My friends mom is also looking to talk to him. She is in support of the trip so i hope she can talk him into it. What should i do to make this happen?

Resolved Question: Where should we go for our honeymoon?

Looking for some personal experience of a good honeymoon within a reasonable price. We would love to do an all-inclusive, but are open to any place that's warm with a beach. We'll be travelling this September. Sandals is $1500 for five nights-- has anyone had a good experience with an all-inclusive for any less than that? Or advice on how to find a really good cruise package? Any favorite loacations that we should just try to find a good hotel+flight deal on? Please don't just say "I heard Florida is good" or something like that. I'm looking for specific towns I may not have thought of, specific hotels you've had a good experience at, and things like that. We're a simple couple with simple tastes, just want somewhere warm and safe, in a town with stuff to do when we're not at the beach. Thanks in advance!

Open Question: What is a good itinerary for the 22nd Sept - 8th Oct? Where to go and what days? Any recommendations?

Me and my girlfriend are going to florida on the 22nd september till 8th October. Arriving around 3-4pm in the afternoon. We have booked a car to get us around. Are there specific days we should look to avoid in the parks or days we should make a bee line for? I read one site that advised customers to go to universal on a friday or sunday.....can it be that precise??? We would just like to get the most out of the parks and if possible dodge as many queues as possible! ha in theory! ha I understand its no exact science but does anyone have any recommendations like......dont go to universal on a saturday its horrendous......? We would like to go and see some of the halloween parties, maybe stay in a disney hotel the nights we go to mickeys not so scary halloween if thats on? Go and see all the parks including Busch Gardens? Maybe go to St. Augustine? Has anyone got any ideas? All welcome! Also any good hotels you could recommend or avoid?
