Open Question: I need to evict a roomate on the lease. How hard is it going to be?

This is the story: I am originally from New jersey but relocated to Florida last year, with plans on returning to New jersey this summer. When my lease ended in February, I had to decide whether I wanted to get an apartment and try subletting it, or if I wanted to rent a hotel room until I left in June. I reluctantly and very hesitantly decided to get an apartment and perhaps a roomate to watch the place with me. I met my roomate two weeks before we signed the lease together. We had to use My credit, my references, my rental histroy, my rental references, and my two years worth of pay stubs. She had no credit, had never rented, and only had one pay stub that said she made about 50/w (she had just started a job and only had her training paycheck). My apartment complex caps annual wages at 28k/y. I made an avg of 26 on my own. I signed my lease first and my name is on it first. That all being said, this is what happened: My best friend died at the end of April and so I made plans to leave earlier then usual (actually a week after signing). However, I paid April's rent and May's rent, painted the apartment, and set up everything so the place could be kept nice. Her and I agreed to rent out my bedroom to a tenant for the summer to cover my half of the rent. I gave her the master bedroom because she said she was bring furniture to furnish the entire apartment with. The deal sounded pretty good...I told her I trusted her with the well being and the respect of my apartment, and I eagerly anticipated my return in September. Until I sent my mother and sister there unannounced and uninvited to check up on things....and the pictures and the tales they came back with are haunting. There is still NO furniture in the entire place. We are now infested with cock roaches which have a great diet since there are so many bags of trash in the kitchen, no one can walk through. There are boxes and bags in piles covering the entire living room allowing only a pathway. There are used tampons on the kitchen sink next because the trash is so overflowed. There is evidence someone has been staying in my room, which is funny....because I have mysteriously been unable to fill the room this entire summer. Though, I'm positive I've figured out why. So since we signed a one year lease and she has had the apt for six months and ruined it, when I return next week I plan on kicking her out and moving someone else in for the final 6mnts. How much ground do I have to stand on? My dad's best friend is an attourney and he said with the mounting evidence (pictures, etc), that my claim to evict will hold up in court. But I'm not fully convinced. HELPPPPPPP

Open Question: How can I find my children?

My wife and I divorced and she has custody of all three of my kids (because the court (and myself) felt like she could have more time for the children because of my demanding work schedule). I'm now married to another woman and we have a 6 month old and another on the way. With the beautiful children I have now, I really miss my 3 children that is with my ex so when I'm in Florida, I visit them. (I live in California). Well I was in Boston and I was alone in my hotel and I thought about my dear children so I decided to give my ex a call so I could arrange a day so I could hang out with them, but it turns out her phone was disconnected. And so was her house phone. She moved and changed her number so I have no idea where her and my children are. I am devastated. I pay child support so will this effect it? And how can I located my children?

Open Question: I dont want to get charged for using my blackberrry in usa?

I am visiting florida in a few weeks and have heard that you are charged a fortune for the internet (I think its roaming charges) How do i ensure i turn off everything so that this doesn't happen. i have a BLACKBERRY curve 8250. my hotel has free wifi so if i check emails, facebook, etc on this will i be charged by my service provider (virgin). I dont have a clue when it comes to this as i have only had the phone a month or so.

one day i got out of bed, got dressed and went to school. it was Friday so i was staying at my friends house. we planed on playing video games all night and drink because his mom and dad was away taking his sister to Florida for the weekend because she won 3 tickets to a grand Hotel. i went over. it started to rain when i got there. it was me my friend dj and tom. we started to play video games but tom just wanted to watch. we started to play i lost 4 games in a row then my friend sad i suck at video games i said i can beet you. he said if i could he would put on his sisters bra. then tom said how about the loser dresses up in your sisters cloths and has to do what the others want for the weekend. we both agreed and began. dame i said i lost dj said ok go make your self pretty and you have to do everything. i looked at tom but he said a bets a bet. so i went in his sisters room. i shaved my body hair off. my hair is long so i put it in a pony tail. i put on her black and pink bra/panties i stuffed the bra, 4inch black heels, fishnet stockings,black mini skirt, a red top, i panted my nails red, i put on a necklaces that hide my Adams apple. then i got started on my make up. i used her pink lip gloss, some red blush, and some pink eye shadow, some eye liner, then some perfume. i was finally done. 2 hours later i came out and sat down. they where amazed at how good i looked. i was mad at what they where saying. then i noticed that dj had a hard on and i sad at lest some ones happy how things turned out. he got mad and he said you still have to do what i say so get on your knees. just then the door opined and his sister walked in. she said mom and dad will be home soon they had to go to the store. dj said why are you home. she said the flight was canceled because of the storm. then she looked at me. i thought i was caught. she was angry and said why is your girl friend in my cloths. she thought i was a girl then tom said she was all wet so we let her change in till her clothes dry. she said ok and sat down next to me and dj. then she looked closer at me. shes like wait shes not a girl that's hank. i was found out. i quickly said i lost a bet to them and they made me do it. she laughed and said you ow me seance your in my clothes. i said ok so what do i have to do. she said seance you are staying the night you will sleep in my room and in the morning we are going out to the mall to have some girl time. to be continued. tell me what i should add or take out and what should happen in part two.it is a comic i am making so tell me what you think of it ty.

Open Question: What is a good Hotel to stay at in or around Pensacola Beach Florida. I want it to be oceanfront.?

It also needs to be relatively inexpensive. Under $150 a night preferably. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

This is going to be a long question so I appologise but please read fully. I desperately need help. I have always been attracted and have had feeling for women but have never been attracted to men. I met this girl back 9 years ago when I went to university we were on the same course doing the same degree. We became really close and were best friends and were inseperable. People used to say we were like a old married couple. After being friends for quite a while I started to notice her putting her hand on my leg and squeezing and touching me. in the middle of lecture or at lunch times and other times when alone her hand would suddenly be on the top of my leg and she would squeeze it. I had strong feeling for her and really fancied her but was scared to act on it in case I was wrong, I did not want to ruine are friend ship. she would stare at me alot too. one afternoon she came back to my room to study and asked if she could stay the night I said yes, she started touching my leg. I put my hand on her hand and looked at her and she stared for a while then seemed to get scared and ran out the room jumped in her car and drove home. She mentioned nothing about it the next day so I thought I was obviously wrong and that she was just being friendly. a few months later I was ment to go on holiday with my mum to florida but my mum became ill and told me to go with some one else. I asked this girl and after hestitating a bit she said yes. We went to florida for a week and had a great time, We shared a room but we had a bed each, Her bed was broken and made a funny noise that she moaned was keeping her awake. I offered for her sleep in my bed, she got up and went to come over to my bed then seemed to change her mind and said don't worry. On another night whilst in florida we went clubing, alot of guys kept coming up to her trying to chat her up and she started having a drink with one of them. I got fed up and went out side to watch the fireworks show that was going on by my self. When I went back in she was really upset with me and asked me where I had been, I explained that I felt in the way and that I thought she wanted to be alone with the guy. She then turned arround and said I am not interested in that guy I want you. We then left and went back to the hotel. When I asked her what she ment by what she had said she seemed to clam up and would not talk. The next day we went swimming in the pool and she grabed my hand and held it for a while. then let go and did not say any more. She was like this for the rest of the holiday. When we got back she said she was going to miss me. I then went on a work placement for a year and she stayed at uni and was moved up a year. We still spoke regually on the phone. Whilst on work placement I met this guy and we became really good friends I did not fancy him but we were really good friends and he was really supportive. towards the end of my years work placement my mum took a turn for the worst, and past away I was beside my self and found it hard to cope. I phoned her as I really needed her. But she did not want to know and would not talk to me. The guy I had made friends with was a rock, He was so caring and suportive and really helped me through my mums death. He even stopped me when I tried to commit suicide. 6 months after my mum died I was feeling low and he tried to cheer me up he cooked a meal and we drank a lot of wine. I got very drunk that night and I slept with him, I did not enjoy it, it made me feel sick and I regreted it the next day. A few days later I went to see her and he gave me a lift. When she saw me she ran out of her house and ran towards me as though she wanted to throw her arms around me, but as soon as she saw him she stoped and looked rather upset. we went out for lunch and she was sitting oppersite me and she kept putting her hand under the table and touching my leg, and kept smiling and stareing at me.When we left my male friend asked if she was gay and comented that she seemed to be flurtling with me. I decided after that day I could not take it any more, i needed to tell her how I felt and needed to know if she felt the same. I did not have the guts to ask her face to face so I cowardly wrote her a letter pouring my heart out telling her how I felt and asking her how she felt. I sent her the letter but just after I sent it, I found out I was pregnant. and she found out. She never responded to my letter and would not speak to me. I can understrand she must have been so hurt and upset to recieve a letter from me telling her how I love her and then to find out I have been sleeping with a man and was pregnant. In the end my dad insisted this guy do the right thing, this guy loved me even though I did not love him. I married this guy and had the baby. I have now been married and have lived a lie for 6 years. and we have had 2 more children. We barely have sex because I hate it and he has has had several affairs. Last year I was looking for some one on friends re united and came across her I sent her a message to say how sorry I was and that I never ment to hurt her and that I thought she must hate me and is there any way she will forgive me. I did not expect to get a reply but she did reply. She sent me a message saying I don't hate you and could never hate you. Then asked me how I was. She has since added me on face book and we send messages every so oftern. She knows I am married and have 3 children (she has seen photos of my children) and she knows im not happy.. I am fed up with living a lie I don't want to live a lie any more I want to be happy I want to be with a woman. I still love this woman and am so confussed. Do you think she is a lesbian or bi, do you think she did have feelings for me but was just too scared. or do you think I was wrong and misread the signals as her being friendly. If you think she did have feelings do you think she might still have feelings for me and if so How can I get her to forgive me and give me a chance. I want to send her another message through facebook today any sugestions on what I could say to her. Any advice would be much appreciated thanks in advance. I forgot to say most of the time we were friend she had a boy friend on and off, but oftern moaned she wasn't happy with him and one time I phoned her and she insisted I spoke to him and it was really strange, He just didn't seem like her boyfriend. Its hard to explain the questions he asked and the way he spoke seemed strange (odd). The fact that she had a boy friend on and off makes me think that perhaps she was confused about her sexuality and scared. What do you think thanks again

This has gotta be my favorite joke: A couple decided to go to Florida to for the winter. They planned to stay at the same hotel where they spent their honeymoon 20 years earlier. Because of hectic schedules, it was difficult to coordinate their travel schedules. So, the husband left Minneapolis and flew to Florida on Thursday, with the wife flying down the following day. The husband checked into the hotel. There was a computer in his room, so he decided to send an e-mail to his wife. However, he accidentally left out one letter in her e-mail address, and without realizing his error, sent the e-mail. Meanwhile, somewhere in Houston, a widow just returned home from her husband's funeral. He was a minister who was called home to glory following a heart attack. The widow decided to check her e-mail since she was expecting messages from relatives and friends. After reading the first message, she screamed and fainted. The widow's son rushed into the room, found his mother on the floor, and saw the computer screen which read: To: My Loving Wife Subject: I've Arrived I know you're surprised to hear from me. They have computers here now and you are allowed to send e-mails to your loved ones. I've just arrived and have been checked in. I see that everything has been prepared for your arrival tomorrow. Open Question: Is there ever going to be another nickelodeon studios?

I was born in 1995 so I never really got to fully experience the excitment of the nickelodeon studios in florida. I believe it was where kids could but kids and it was amazing! I always wanted to visit it and when my family decided to go on a holiday to orlando in 2008 i was really happy that i could go visit it until i realised that it had been closed in 2005 and replaced with the blue man group :/ Nickelodeon Studios looked amazing and so much fun! How could they of just closed it down and not re-opened it again? I have been watching loads of tribute videos on youtube and have now read many comments from the '90's kids' wishing for it to still be open! Does anybody know if there will ever be a nick studios ever again? Also, I watched the video footage from when they burried the time capsule! I really hope I can be there the day they get it bk out again in 2042 whether it is at its new location of the nick hotel or taken bk over to universal.
