Open Question: Problems with mother in law. Please help!?
I am 2 months pregnant and am dealing with the crazy mother in law. She wants one of her cousins to take me to the gyno, but i insist that i would rather have my own mother take me. She still doesnt get it. She is also pushing for us to get married, which i have talked over with my parents and they said to wait until after the baby is born for medical insurance purposes. She doesnt like that and says she will not have a grandbaby who doesnt have two parents and that we need to be legally together. And another thing that drivesme crazy is our trip to florida it was a 22 hour drive, now imagine beings squished in the back with two other people while you are pregnant. we stopped for about 15 minutes every 4 hours. There was no hotel stop or anything. I was in pain the whole time from sitting and my morning sickness kicked in the whole day, she doesnt care or want to understand why i was complaining. Please help me what do i do, any advice???

Open Question: How do I move from one state to another without making more than one trip?
I need to make a move from New York City to Florida. I found some studios in Miami and Orlando but the agents don't have forms for me to fill out online! That means I have to fly out to Florida just to fill out the application, then I'll probably have to make 1 or 2 more trips afterwards to see the place (because I can't afford to stay out in hotels), and then another to move! Is there anything I can do to spend less money and get out of NY fast? Any websites you recommend? Please help.
I have barely any money to get around, just enough to move and pay the deposit + rent.

Resolved Question: Is the oil spill just a myth?
I went down to Florida for vacation, and my hotel was surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on one side. It did spell horrible, but I saw no signs of oil. I even threw a lit cigarette in to see if a flame spread. Nothing happened.
BP does seem pretty suspicious. Could they be boycotting themselves?

Open Question: where should I go to school?
I've finished up getting my associates in hospitality management in my local community college in long island, new york. I have a 3.71 GPA, took honors classes, got 4 certificates in hospitality management and a certificate in microsoft office.
There's only 2 new york state university that offer hospitality management, and I refuse to go there because they're program isn't the best.
I work at Sports Venue here in New York City, will not mention what team but its one of the MLB teams. I'm a supervisor there and I want to continue to work in the Sports Arena/Venue Management Field. Yes I could of study Sports Management but every other sports fan and jock is studying it and its very limited since I really cant use a sports management degree to work at hotel, that's why I chose Hospitality because its expendable.
I don't come from a family of college prestige, my parents never went to college. I will have to get a loan but I'm not looking to pay for college the rest of my life. So I need your help and advice.
My Goal: To find a 4-year college that offers a Hospitality Management Program in the concentration of Events/Institution/Operations Management in school ranked top 10 in Hospitality Programs in the nation. Maybe go for a Masters as well.
I'm looking at(in no order):
University of Central Florida $
Penn State University Park $$
Oklahoma State University $$
Purdue University $$$
Florida International University $
New York University $$$$
Cornell University $$$$
University of Delaware $$
any other suggestions? any other major possibilities?
